Spacewalk - Fine Art Print
December 1999: Swiss astronaut Claude Nicollier performs a spacewalk to repair and upgrade the Hubble Space Telescope during Space Shuttle mission STS-103. Together with NASA astronaut Michael Foale, he replaced crucial gyroscopes and restored Hubble‘s vision, ensuring the observatory could continue to deliver breathtaking images of the universe.
This A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) fine art print, crafted on premium Hahnemühle paper with archival pigment ink, brings to life the original drawing by space artist Sina Rathai — widely known as Art of a Space Nerd. The original drawing was commissioned for the astronaut Nicollier himself. Every detail is captured so precisely on the print that it’s almost impossible to tell it apart from the hand-drawn original.
