Gemini Astronaut - Fine Art Print
A detailed fine art print of an astronaut in the Gemini program (G4C) space suit. The Gemini spacesuit was the pressure suit worn by NASA astronauts during the Gemini program (1965–1966), a series of missions that tested the skills and hardware needed for the Apollo lunar landings. Long-duration flight, rendezvous, docking, and spacewalks (EVAs) had been the focus of the Gemini program. As such, the first American EVA was conducted in 1965 by Edward White in this exact space suit.
Created by space artist Sina Rathai, also known as Art of a Space Nerd, this A4 (21x29,7cm) fine art print on premium Hahnemühle paper with archival pigment ink faithfully reproduces every nuance of the original drawing — nearly indistinguishable from the hand-drawn piece itself. The perfect gift for vintage spaceflight enthusiasts!
