SpaceX’s Starship (formerly BFR) is a 121 m high super heavy lift rocket. It consists of two stages, the Super Heavy booster (depicted at the bottom left corner) and the upper stage, also known as Starship (on the top left). The fully reusable rocket is powered by 33 sea-level Raptor engines in the first and 3 sea-level as well as 3 vacuum-optimised Raptor engines utilising Methane and LOX (liquid oxygen) as propellant.
Starship’s potential applications range from carrying humans to the Moon, Mars as well as being a versatile cargo and passenger spacecraft for Earth orbit missions
